Turn on the Light National Conference on the Wellbeing of Children and Families October 12, 2017

The Cotler Clinical Services (CCS) team attended the Turn on the Light National Conference on the Wellbeing of Children and Families. The event was  presented by The Children’s Healing Institute. This event is a one-day conference that brings together professionals who work with or on behalf of, children and families throughout the state of Florida. The conference is built around an entire day of workshops, presentations and vendor exhibits. The conference offerings are focused on educational and networking opportunities. The CCS team will participate in the vendor exhibition. The teams intention is to introduce the Cotler services to attendees. The event will be attended by psychologists, social workers, law enforcement, attorneys, nurses and teachers.  

Behavioral Health Conference 2017

Our Cotler Clinical Services team will be attending this conference August 16-18, 2017. The event is held at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida. Known for years as the FADAA/FCCMH Annual Conference, this event has grown into the largest behavioral health conference in the Southeast and attracts more than 1,300 professionals, executives, exhibitors, and volunteers each year. This conference in behavioral health education is centered around innovation in integrated treatment. The event will include education on clinical, business, technology, in-patient and out-patient treatment, and information on current and future legislation.

 

NAMIWALKS 2017

NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the largest grassroots mental health organization across the nation. This outstanding organization makes a tremendous impact on mental illness through education, advocacy, and sponsoring public awareness events and activities. This Fall, NAMI is hosteing a NAMIWalks event on November 14, 2017 at John Prince Park.
